Festival highlights

This year I took to the streets and did a lot more in the Edinburgh festival still not as much as I hoped to do but next year is the year so watch this space.

Look the city was so busy by week three I was probably a little bit over there but I will not lie when I say it is so nice to see Edinburgh with such a buzz and to host one of the biggest festivals in the whole entire world, like we are blessed as a city

One of the show highlights for me Trainspotting. It was absolutely phenomenal and took me through every single emotion possible. I was on a high when I walked in and I left with tears in my eyes. This is one to add to your list for next year if they will be back, it is unbelievable.

I also loved trying out lots the of street food food vendors I think next year I would like to see a lot more go into local businesses and local street Food vendors. As well as the residents, I think we’re missing a trio I’m not quite sure what I’d like to see in that space yeah maybe a little bit of a bigger discount for locals on food drink and shows across-the-board who knows but if you do have any suggestions in an email maybe we can work together on this…

I did however love the organisation of this year. I also loved that we had new ideas I’ve never had before for example the bottom of the mound that was an amazing little pop-up and I love to see that it’s spreading a bit more widely across the city.
