I must start by saying what an impressive setting & if your lucky you could wind up at one the tables that has spectacular views of the castle!
I couldn’t find a fault with anything we ate, the food was absolutely delicious & very memorable, as I’m writing this 4 days later I’m still thinking about that steak!
It’s no surprise I’m a massive Dean Banks fan, the menu here constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons. Dean heroes our land & seas, producing a menu which showcases Scotland’s natural resources & you can also see this through the map on your table.
